What You'll Do:

• Spearhead analytical and QC activities for the gene therapy programs, focusing on AAV vectors.
• Develop and implement vector genome titer assays (VG titer) to ensure the highest quality.
• Design and execute cell-based assays for gene expression and activity.
• Provide guidance on HPLC, UPLC, and capillary electrophoresis techniques.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive project success and innovation.

What You Bring:

• Advanced degree in a relevant scientific discipline (Ph.D. preferred).
• 10+ years in analytical and QC roles within the gene therapy field.
• Expertise in AAV vectors and VG titer assays.
• Strong background in cell-based assays for gene expression and activity.
• Familiarity with HPLC, UPLC, and capillary electrophoresis.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
