Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced QC Team Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Med Tech industry, with extensive experience in quality control and assurance. This role requires a proactive mindset to handle quality inspections, develop tests for new products, and ensure compliance with ISO 13485 standards.
Key Responsibilities of a QC Team Lead:
- Lead the Quality Control team in ensuring all products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Develop and implement quality inspection processes and testing protocols for new products.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 13485 standards.
- Oversee document control processes to maintain accurate and up-to-date quality records.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Train and mentor QC team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Qualifications for QC Team Lead:
- Previous experience in the Med Tech industry.
- Extensive exposure to quality control and assurance practices.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience with ISO 13485 standards.
- Proficiency in document control and quality inspection processes.
- Fluent German and English speaker.
