About the Role

As a Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with industry standards, optimising processes, and driving a culture of quality throughout the organisation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain high-quality standards in product development and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to ensure continuous improvement.
• Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with ISO and other relevant standards.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., medical devices, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or food).
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GMP, or similar quality management systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience with tools such as Six Sigma, FMEA, or SPC.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
