Business Development Manager

My client is global medical device company looking for a seasoned, commercial talent to join them.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the medical device sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, product development) to create tailored solutions for clients.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings.
  • Monitor and report on business development performance metrics.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare market dynamics and trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
