About the Role

We are seeking a Sales & Therapy Specialist to join our Swiss team and play a pivotal role in structural heart patient management. This position requires a dynamic professional with a strong clinical and sales background to support physicians, guide procedures, and drive therapy adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee patient pathway management, from patient selection to procedural support in the cath lab/hybrid room.

  • Train and provide technical guidance to interventional cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, catheter lab staff, and nursing teams on transcatheter technologies.

  • Offer technical support during procedures, including troubleshooting.

  • Support clinical studies and scientific projects within the structural heart space.

  • Manage relationships with a wide range of external stakeholders, requiring adaptability and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Your Profile

  • Experience in clinical support and sales (preferably in interventional cardiology or structural heart technologies).

  • Fluent in German with a good command of English; additional European languages are a plus.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Strong technical product and process knowledge, including troubleshooting capabilities.

  • In-depth clinical knowledge, with the ability to interpret and communicate clinical trial data.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex clinical, procedural, and technical information succinctly.

  • Ability to build trusting relationships and influence diverse stakeholders in clinical settings.

  • Strong adherence to compliance regulations within a highly regulated environment.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with an entrepreneurial and creative approach to challenges.

  • Willingness to work in catheter labs multiple days per week.

  • Flexibility to travel extensively (approx. 80-90% of the time).
