EPM are currently recruiting a Senior Director for Business Insights and Analytics. This role is ideal for someone with an executive presence and extensive experience in commercial pharmaceutical operations, eager to direct analytical strategies across various therapeutic areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize brand analytics to guide decision-making.
- Analyze and optimize market access strategies.
- Lead initiatives in sales force sizing and scoping according to business needs.
- Use insights from various therapeutic areas to influence critical decisions.
- Lead teams in achieving strategic objectives through effective data interpretation.
Skills Required:
- Strong leadership and executive presence.
- In-depth knowledge of multiple therapeutic areas.
- Experience in product launches and managing complex projects.
- Expertise in market access analysis.
- Proven ability in leading and mentoring teams.
A candidate must be able to work onsite 3 days per week and be based in a commutable distance. Relocation assistance is available
