Strategic Key Account Manager

As a Strategic Key Account Manager, you will build strong, trusted relationships with senior leadership. You will gain a deep understanding of customer's key business and network needs, identify challenges, and develop tailored solutions that improve their operations and drive measurable performance improvements. By collaborating with both customers and internal teams, you will establish yourself as a trusted advisor, offering valuable insights and creating long-term value.
Responsibilities:
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders both within and outside of the customer's laboratory and broader healthcare system, utilising these connections to drive business growth. Develop strategic partnerships across key accounts.
- Delivering comprehensive diagnostic solutions to large, complex enterprise accounts, with a focus on customer retention, market penetration, and sustainable growth to exceed customer expectations.
- Negotiate contracts up to C-suite level confidently
- Preferred experience within the Diagnostics sector, particularly working with players to expand access to private hospitals and labs.
- Experience engaging with executives and C-suite leaders in healthcare, informatics, communications, technology, or consulting industries.
Skills & Expertise Required
- Minimum 3 years sales experience in the molecular diagnostics market in Germany
- Achieved a bachelor's degree (minimum) in molecular biology or science related field
- Experience managing and negotiating complex, multi-level, and multi-stakeholder solution selling processes in the healthcare market
- Fluent in German and English
- Willing to travel across Germany
