Job Summary
This position provides high-level technical quality engineering support and development of the QMS, Training, and other Quality-related applications. We are looking for someone with a quality assurance experience and Master Control Admin experience.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain system user groups, roles, workflows, and curriculums in Master Control.
- Develop software and potential hardware modifications using SDLC best practices and established Change Control policies.
- Provide technical support, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Qualifications
- BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent engineering background required.
- 8 years of relevant experience with Quality Assurance/Quality Systems.
- 5 years of experience in Master Control
- Experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry preferred
- Expertise in creating reports in Master Control.
