We are seeking a dynamic Associate Director for Pharmaceutical Professional Education to join our esteemed team in Cambridge, United States. This pivotal role focuses on spearheading marketing operations, notably in Speaker Bureau Programs and HCP & Patient Engagement, particularly within the challenging yet rewarding field of Rare Diseases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and innovate marketing operations targeting healthcare professionals and patients.
• Develop and manage high-impact Speaker Bureau programs.
• Guide HCP Advisory Boards to align with strategic goals.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5-8 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing related to HCPs.

Necessary Skills:

• Marketing Operations: Expertise in planning, directing, and coordinating marketing policies and programs.
• Speaker Bureau Programs: Ability to organize and manage speaker programs that effectively communicate medical information to HCPs and patients.
• HCP & Patient Engagement: Skilled in creating strategies to educate and involve healthcare professionals and patients in treatment processes.
• Rare Diseases Knowledge: Specialized understanding of marketing and educational challenges related to rare diseases.
