Our client is a global CDMO operating across five continents, and they are looking for an Associate Director of Sales to grow their market share within APAC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate strategies and action plans to grow market share for nutrition ingredients in the APAC region.
  • Oversee a portfolio of nutrition products and ingredients, aligning with global strategies across various regions.
  • Meet sales targets for ingredients in APAC, including managing receivables.
  • Foster new business development and build a pipeline for future growth in APAC, while maintaining the current business portfolio and introducing new products.
  • Implement sales strategies to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Support key accounts and develop effective sales and promotion strategies.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure thorough execution of sales plans.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve their best performance.
  • Identify market trends and insights to drive strategic decision-making and competitive advantage.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as Pharmaceutial, Formulation, or Life Science.
  • Experience in product development cycles, with the ability to execute commercial strategies and provide customers with specific information.
  • Adaptability to changing trends in the nutrition industry and evolving business environment in APAC.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans that drive growth and meet revenue objectives.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
