The Role:
As Business Development Manager, you will take ownership of sales and market development within the London region. Focused on introducing high-impact cardiology products into leading hospitals and cath labs, you will build strong clinical and commercial relationships with key decision-makers to drive adoption and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and convert new business opportunities across NHS and private hospitals
- Develop relationships with interventional cardiologists, procurement, and clinical support staff
- Execute product launches, in-servicing, and training in collaboration with clinical teams
- Maintain strong product and market knowledge to support solution-based selling
- Work cross-functionally with marketing and clinical teams to deliver regional sales strategies
About You:
- Proven track record in medical device sales, ideally within cardiology or a related field (vascular, critical care, imaging)
- Strong clinical understanding and ability to operate confidently in a cath lab environment
- Self-motivated and commercially driven, with a consultative approach to sales
- Experience navigating complex procurement pathways within the NHS and private sector
- Based in or around London, with flexibility to travel across the territory
