Diagnostic Sales Representative

Title: Diagnostics Sales Representative

Territory: Dallas, TX & surrounding areas

Company Type: Small Diagnostics Comany

Responsibilities

  • Educate physicians on the noninvasive test for the decation of early-stage lung cancer

  • Call on academic and key community target accounts to expand adoption of the company's test

  • Develop business plan that includes targeting activities, support programs, and other tools needed to achieve goals

  • Track activities through CRM and follow-up with customers as required

  • Serve as key customer interface to the sales team

  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Experience in the pulmonary and/or oncology sectors is preferred. Experience with sales to government entities like the Veterans Administration is a huge plus.

  • Motivated self-starter who is also a team player

  • Strategic thinker who can also implement tactical plans

  • Ability to understand and explain the technology and science behind our diagnostic test for lung cancer

  • Attention to detail and quality

  • Demonstrated ability to onboard clients, close sales, and follow up with existing clients

  • Strong written/verbal communication skills

  • Competency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas

  • Previous diagnostic test sales experience highly preferred

Field-based with up to 70% travel
