Engineering Director
We are currently working with a leading Medical Technology firm looking for a highly experienced Director of Automation to lead the global Automation team. As part of a growing organization, you will play a key role in influencing the strategic direction of the business unit.
You will be responsible for:
Overseeing the architecture, design, and implementation of high-quality technological solutions for clients in the pharmaceutical sector.
Managing project timelines, resource allocation and delivery.
- Lead a global, cross-functional team, drive continuous improvement initiatives across the business unit, foster collaboration and innovation.
Implementing efficient structures, processes and systems to take the team to the next level of growth.
Ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Ensure and improve the reliability and scalability of the company's technological platforms and solutions.
An ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:
Tertiary Education in computer science, electrical engineering, or other relevant engineering fields.
20+ years of industry experience, including a minimum of 10 years in a leadership and people management role.
- Strong Automation knowledge and understanding of regulated environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Fluency in English and German.
