VP Operations

Our client is medtech company that develops AI-based health monitoring technology. They are currently looking for a VP of Operations to lead and manage the operations team and also manage the relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead operations for APAC and US markets.
• Manage hardware supply-chain, logistics, inventory, service support, and customer feedback.
• Oversee software infrastructure, server maintenance, reliability, and production updates.
• Supervise hardware and software teams.
• Handle 1st and 2nd line customer support and helpdesk.
• Conduct UAT testing, regulatory maintenance, and clinical trials documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Life Science, Engineering or related
• At least 6 years of experience in medical device industry
• Experience in people management
• Strong analytical, management and communication skills
