Job Title: Head of Biometrics

Location: Boston, MA

Position Overview: The Head of Biometrics will lead and oversee all biometrics activities, including biostatistics, statistical programming, and clinical data management. This role is critical in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of our clinical data and statistical analyses.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the strategic direction for the biometrics departments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support clinical development and regulatory submissions
• Provide statistical input into clinical development plans, study designs, and data analysis.

Qualifications:

• PhD in Biostatistics, Statistics, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of statistical analysis methodologies, experimental design, and clinical trial expertise.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proven track record of successful regulatory submissions and interactions.
