HR Operations Advisor

Our client is a one of the leading global life science companies and is looking for a HR Operations Advisor to join them.

Responsibilities:

• Follow local laws and manage HR activities like compensation, benefits, and recruiting.
• Help create company policies and set long-term goals
• Handle recruitment, employee relations, payroll, training, and talent management
• Consult with legal counsel to ensure compliance
• Coach managers to improve leadership and employee development
• Assist with organizational changes and HR projects.
• Be the go-to person for HR-related questions and support

Requirements

• At least 5 years experience in human resource
• Knowledge of Japan employment laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication skills
• Bilingual
