Job Title: Manufacturing Process Engineer (x2)

Location: Ireland
Start Date: 2-4 weeks
Work Schedule: Full-time, On-site
Contract Duration: Initial 6 months (with the possibility to extend to 12 months)

Position Overview:
We are seeking two highly skilled and motivated Manufacturing Process Engineers to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in high-volume production lines and cleanroom environments. They will be expected to demonstrate expertise in motors, robotics, servers, conveyors, and the ability to effectively troubleshoot and debug line-down situations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Optimisation: Analyse, troubleshoot, and improve manufacturing processes to ensure high efficiency and minimal downtime.

  • Technical Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve line-down situations, ensuring swift recovery of production lines.

  • Equipment Expertise: Work with equipment such as motors, robotics, servers, and conveyors to maintain operational efficiency and prevent failures.

  • Cleanroom Management: Oversee and ensure compliance with cleanroom standards and protocols.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including operations, maintenance, and quality to ensure production targets are met.

  • Documentation: Maintain and update process documentation, including work instructions, procedures, and failure reports.
