Senior Quality System Specialist

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Quality System Specialist - Quality Assurance to join a dynamic and forward-thinking production site in Switzerland. In this role, you'll play a key part in strengthening the quality system, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement within a GMP-regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the documentation system in line with GMP and Quality System standards
• Recommend and implement quality policies and process improvements
• Support local rollout of global quality standards and procedures
• Enhance SOPs and quality systems using LEAN GMP principles
• Manage Master Qualification and Validation Plans
• Review and approve GMP documents (e.g. validation protocols, reports)
• Lead the Change Management process
• Analyze Quality Events and identify trends
• Track and report key quality indicators

Profile

• Master's degree in engineering, chemistry, pharmacy, or related field
• 3-5 years' experience in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry
• Solid GMP knowledge and lean principles familiarity
• Solution-driven, organized, and communicative
• Fluent in French and English; German is a plus
