Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategic business plans to promote company growth, focusing on sustainable development and long-term success.
  • Build and maintain strong, fruitful relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring a stable and loyal client base for future business opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements with clients and partners to maximize profits, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives and compliance with legal standards.
  • Consistently stay up-to-date with industry trends and shifts to identify opportunities for company expansion, including potential markets and new client segments.

Required Skills:

  • Utilize Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) knowledge to enhance service offerings, bringing in-depth understanding of the complexities involved in contract negotiations and product manufacturing.
  • Apply expertise in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) to improve business processes and performance, leveraging technology and methodologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness in operations.
  • Must be able to speak Mandarin, enabling effective communication and business dealings with key stakeholders in Mandarin-speaking regions, enhancing client relationships and facilitating smoother negotiations.
  • Must have mouse modeling experience, providing the necessary technical expertise to support and understand projects related to animal model gene engineering, contributing to the company's research and development efforts.
  • Must have a PhD in Bioscience or a related field
