QC Analysts
We are seeking two skilled and motivated QC Analysts to join our client's team in Zurich. As a QC Analyst, you will play a crucial role in performing laboratory testing, ensuring the highest standards of quality control, and supporting the development of pharmaceutical products. Your expertise in analytical techniques and GMP compliance will be vital to the success of their operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct various analytical tests using techniques such as HPLC, GC, wet chemistry, titration, pH measurement, viscosity testing, microscopy, laser particle size analysis, dissolution testing, and chromatography.
- Ensure compliance with GMP standards and maintain accurate lab documentation.
- Operate and troubleshoot CDS and Quality IT systems, with the ability to transition to Empower (currently working with OpenLab).
- Participate in the development and validation of analytical methods.
- Support laboratory teams in product testing, ensuring the quality and integrity of results.
- Maintain a safe and organized laboratory environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Chemistry (PhD, Master's, or Bachelor's with relevant industry experience).
- At least 2 years of experience working in GMP-compliant environments.
- Strong experience with analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, wet chemistry, titration, pH measurement, viscosity testing, microscopy, laser particle size analysis, dissolution testing, and chromatography.
- Proficiency in using CDS and Quality IT systems; experience with Empower is a plus.
- Fluency in both German and English (spoken & written).
- Experience with suspension-type products is a significant advantage.
