About the Role: We are excited to announce an opening for a Laboratory Scientist in Bioanalytics (DevBA). This position is perfect for individuals with a robust background in potency testing, analytical method development, and bioassays (e.g., ELISA, SPR, CBA).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support analytical potency testing and method implementation to meet customer needs.
  • Execute method establishment, pre-validation, development, troubleshooting, non-GMP DP batch release, formulation, and stability testing.
  • Independently perform potency assays using binding assays (e.g., ELISA, SPR) or functional assays (e.g., CBA, enzyme assays) according to draft method SOPs.
  • Document assay performance under ISO standards following Good Documentation Practices (GDocP).
  • Review and approve basic operational tasks performed by peer analysts.
  • Draft general documents such as method SOPs, pre-validation protocols, and establishment reports.
  • Contribute to investigations and troubleshooting for methods and lab equipment issues.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy personal laboratory space, adhering to 6S principles and GDP standards for audit readiness.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Degree (Apprenticeship, BSc, or MSc) in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or related fields.
  • Approximately 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
  • Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., ELN, LIMS, PLA, SoftMax Pro).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
