Senior Quality System Specialist
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Quality System Specialist - Quality Assurance to join a dynamic and forward-thinking production site in Switzerland. In this role, you'll play a key part in strengthening the quality system, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement within a GMP-regulated environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve the documentation system in line with GMP and Quality System standards
- Recommend and implement quality policies and process improvements
- Support local rollout of global quality standards and procedures
- Enhance SOPs and quality systems using LEAN GMP principles
- Manage Master Qualification and Validation Plans
- Review and approve GMP documents (e.g. validation protocols, reports)
- Lead the Change Management process
- Analyze Quality Events and identify trends
- Track and report key quality indicators
Profile
- Master's degree in engineering, chemistry, pharmacy, or related field
- 3-5 years' experience in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry
- Solid GMP knowledge and lean principles familiarity
- Solution-driven, organized, and communicative
- Fluent in French and English; German is a plus
