VP Business Development (eCOA)
We are partnered with a close client of ours to expand their West Coast Business Development team. They are positioned within the thriving eCOA (Electronic Clinical Outcome Assessments) sector and are seeking a Vice President of Business Development to be based in California.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive business development across the small and medium biotech/pharma ecosystem within California.
- Act as a hunter, adept at navigating complex sales processes and closing deals.
- Lead & manage performance of Business Development Director(s) on West Coast.
Required Experience:
- eCOA or CRO Experience: Prior experience (10 years+) working with an eCOA provider or CRO is mandatory, ensuring a deep understanding of the market dynamics and client needs.
- Business Development Experience: Must have an established network within the biotech and pharmaceutical industries in California that will allow candidate to have an immediate impact on business.
- Sales Leadership Experience: Proven track record of meeting ambitious sales targets and ability to drive high standards across the wider team.
- Location: Preference will be given to candidates in San Francisco area, but open to candidates across all CA metros.
