Job Title: Area Sales Manager - South Germany

Location: Munich, Stuttgart, or Frankfurt (preferred)

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Area Sales Manager with a hunter mindset to join our team in South Germany. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, extensive knowledge of the chemicals and coatings market, and fluency in both German and English. This role involves travel within the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the chemicals and coatings market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the chemicals and coatings market.
  • Strong hunter mindset with a passion for achieving sales goals.
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
  • Ability to travel extensively within South Germany.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
