Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are currently working with a reputable pharmaceutical manufacturing client looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team in Switzerland. You will be part of a growing organisation, finding them the right talent to keep improving lives.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading and supporting the talent acquisition process to ensure efficient and effective hiring practices.
  • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance on recruitment best practices.
  • Conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, and making recommendations for hiring decisions.
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline through networking, sourcing, and relationship-building activities.
  • Positively representing the firm and increasing visibility through your network.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

An ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the pharmaceutical, medical device or chemical manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling niche positions at various levels within an organization.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
