Role
- Medical project management, including the design, implementation, and monitoring of medical education, training, and clinical trial initiatives.
- Collaboration on medical department planning aligned with corporate strategy.
- Handling information requests from healthcare professionals through literature searches, clinical sessions, and project support.
- Building relationships with scientific societies and developing joint initiatives.
- Engaging with specialists to better understand patient care needs.
- Creation of teaching materials and scientific advisory support for other departments.
- Assisting commercial, regulatory, pharmacovigilance, and market access teams.
- Reviewing promotional content for medical accuracy.
- Participating in cross-functional corporate projects.
- Continuous training in therapeutic areas and maintaining up-to-date medical knowledge.
- Providing training for the sales team and external stakeholders on diseases and treatments.
- Managing departmental administration, reporting, and procedural oversight for project development.
Qualifications
- Experienced in Medical Affairs, with a background as a Medical Manager or Medical Advisor. Holds a degree in Health Sciences, Pharmacy, or Medicine; a Medical Doctor background is preferred. Strong scientific knowledge in pathology and relevant therapeutic areas.
- Skilled in designing and executing medical projects, including clinical research. Proficient in scientific writing and literature search tools.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and industry regulations, including Farmindustria and Good Clinical Practice codes. Knowledgeable about Mundipharma's ethical standards.
- Fluent in Italian and English, with strong oral and written communication. Effective in scientific discussions and stakeholder engagement within hospitals, CROs, and research entities.
- Expertise in analyzing and interpreting scientific data to support informed decision-making.
