Head of Automation
We are currently working with a leading Medical Technology firm looking for an experienced Head of Automation to lead the SCADA team. As part of a growing organization, you will play a key role in the further expansion of the team's automation expertise.
You will be responsible for:
leading and mentoring the team.
Managing project timelines, resource allocation and delivery.
- Overseeing the team's budget, including forecasting.
- Creating and maintaining relevant working processes and documents for SCADA engineering and maintaining process interfaces.
Fostering a collaborative and quality-focused team culture that encourages continuous improvement and professional growth.
- effectively collaborating with internal teams and departments, clients and external stakeholders.
Ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining professional documentation.
An ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:
Tertiary Educations in computer engineering, electrical engineering, or other relevant engineering fields.
15+ years of industry experience, including 10 years in a leadership and people management role.
- Strong SCADA knowledge.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
Fluency in English and German.
