My client is a global leading life science company that manufactures and sells laboratory equipment and services. They are current looking for a Country Head in Singapore to oversee and maange their Singapore team.
Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute GTM Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive Go-To-Market strategy for Singapore, aligning with global objectives and adjusting based on market trends.
Manage Budget and KPIs: Oversee the sales budget and P&L, and achieve key performance indicators such as sales targets and cost efficiency.
Drive Operational Excellence: Ensure high performance in operations by tracking and improving KPIs, collaborating with global functions, and optimizing sales and service processes.
Lead and Develop Teams: Manage and develop direct reports in Sales, Service, Marketing, and other functions, fostering a motivated and skilled workforce.
Ensure Compliance: Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations, maintain professional conduct, and ensure alignment with the Code of Conduct.
Represent the Company Externally: Act as Managing Director for legal entities in Singapore, representing the company in public tenders and sales processes.
Requirements:
- At least 10 to 15 years of sales leadership experience
- Good understanding of workflows in the life science research or clinical diagnostics space
- Proven experience in leading a sizeable team and sizeable revenue size
- Good communication skills
