Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an R&D Director or in a similar leadership role
- Experience managing a team of Engineers.
- Experience across ISO 9001 is preffered.
- Strong background in research and development within a technical or scientific domain.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to Speak English and French.
- Ability to be based in Neuchâtel, Switzerland, on site.
