Role Overview: As the Regional Sales Manager for our Cardiac business, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that enhance our market position and expand our customer base. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for cardiac products in Japan.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, hospitals, and distributors.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive market penetration for our cardiac product line.
- Conduct product presentations and training sessions for healthcare providers and sales teams.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product and service alignment with market needs.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of sales experience in the medical device industry, with a focus on cardiac products preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of the cardiac healthcare landscape in Japan.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Fluency in both Japanese and English is required.
