Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Performing remote and onsite assessments of client's management systems.
- Performing remote and onsite assessments of client's design and manufacturing controls and processes.
- Supporting customers to ensure their products are compliant with certification requirements.
- Presenting findings to clients and senior management, clearly explaining the requirements and timescales.
- Tracking and closing findings with clients and senior management, where appropriate.
- Documenting audit results and observations, and updating supporting documentation.
- Working closely with the certification operational team to ensure customers' compliance with certification requirements.
- Attending technical committee meetings, client meetings, and industry committees.
- Delivering training to clients.
