Job Title: Account Manager

Overview: Currently partnered with a growing medical communications agency dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions that blend scientific expertise and creativity to achieve impactful results for our clients in the healthcare industry. They are looking to add a Account Manager with extensive experience in partnering with pharmaceutical clients and collaborating with cross-functional internal teams to drive successful medical communications and medical affairs projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering strong, long-term relationships.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects including advisory boards, congresses, symposiums, and KOL engagements.
• Identify opportunities for new business and organic growth, collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement strategies.
• Work closely with various departments to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve client objectives and enhance service offerings.
• Provide regular updates and reports to clients and senior management on project progress and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of experience in medical communications or medical affairs.
• Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering successful projects.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
