Job Summary: Currently partnered with a growing med comms agency looking to add an experienced Senior Project Manager to their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical communications and be adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage 10-15 projects concurrently, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Lead status meetings, set agendas, take notes, and maintain timelines.
• Communicate effectively with clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a confident and timely manner.
• Utilize project management tools to track project progress and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with ethics and compliance teams to ensure all projects meet regulatory standards.
• Motivate and lead a variety of individuals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in medical communications.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong prioritization, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Experience with project management platforms and working with ethics and compliance teams.
