Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive new business growth and expand existing client relationships.
• Lead and mentor a team of strategists, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrated communication strategies.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including pitching and winning new accounts.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing strategic counsel.

• 8+ years of experience working in a medical communications agency.
• Proven experience in building and growing new business, as well as expanding organic client growth.
