Marketing Manager, Oncology

Company: Small Rapidly Growing Pharma (5B in annual Revenue)

Role: Marketing Manager, Oncology (Launch)

Location: New Jersey (Flex Schedule 3 days in office)

Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy: Support senior leadership with both strategic and tactical aspects of the brand
  • Congress Planning: Create promotional congress materials, coordination/logistics, and communication
  • Speaker Programs: Develop speaker material, train speakers, and handle follow-up
  • Digital Marketing: Create and manage brand website from design to implementation
  • MLR: Serve as a key member of the brand team in puling trough submissions of material
  • Collaboration: Work cross functionally with internal teams & agencies to successfully grow brand

Qualifications

  • 3-5 Years of pharmaceutical marketing experience (MUST)
  • Experience with brand management; HCP or Patient
  • Experience with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) regulations, reviews and processes
  • Experience marketing in immunology, rare disease, or Oncology
  • Ability to create strategy and work with team to implement tactical plans aligned to brand
  • Ability to manage agency vendors/partners
