Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple client accounts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality advertising campaigns.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies, including product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, medical, and digital, to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
- Provide strategic guidance and insights to clients, leveraging your extensive experience in healthcare advertising.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Manage account budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Mentor and develop junior account team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare advertising, with a strong focus on client-facing roles and product launches.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing client accounts.
- Experience in rare disease marketing is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
