Diagnostic Sales Representative
Title: Diagnostics Sales Representative
Territory: San Antonio, TX & surrounding areas

Responsibilities
- Educate physicians on the noninvasive test for the detection of early-stage lung cancer
- Call on academic and key community target accounts to expandthe adoption of the company's test
- Develop business plan that includes targeting activities, support programs, and other tools needed to achieve goals
- Track activities through CRM and follow up with customers as required
- Serve as the key customer interface to the sales team
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Experience in the pulmonary and/or oncology sectors is preferred. Experience with sales to government entities like the Veterans Administration is a huge plus.
- Motivated self-starter who is also a team player
- Strategic thinker who can also implement tactical plans
- Ability to understand and explain the technology and science behind our diagnostic test for lung cancer
- Attention to detail and quality
- Demonstrated ability to onboard clients, close sales, and follow up with existing clients
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Competency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas
- Previous diagnostic test sales experience highly preferred
Field-based with up to 70% travel
