Key Responsibilities
🔹Sales Support & CRM Management: Lead management, quote preparation, order processing
🔹Lead Engagement & Sales Coordination: Track and optimise sales funnel performance
🔹Customer Communication & Support: Act as a key contact for customer inquiries
🔹Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, logistics and marketing teams to streamline processes
Skills & Qualifications
✅ Experience in inside sales, logistics, or administrative roles within the Biotech or Life science sector
✅ Strong organisational and multitasking skills
✅ A proactive mindset
✅ Familiarity with CRM systems
✅ High attention to detail in managing sales and logistics data.
✅ Fluency in Dutch and English
