This biotech is focused within rare oncology and looking to become a leading player in this space as a result; a highly experienced profile is required, with a strong Oncology and Specialty Sales background.

Role: Key Account Manager - Supportive Care (Oncology)

Company Type: Small Biotech

Territory: California

Responsibilities:

* Responsible and accountable for the successful implementation of the strategic and tactical plans for the identified accounts and Hospitals/IDNs

* Develop understanding of relevant GPO member accounts to support GPO contracts

* Develop relationships within targeted accounts including C-suite, department heads, supply chain, SPs

* Provide guidance and assistance for opportunities within targeted and assigned regional/national oncology accounts

Desired Skills:

* Strong experience in sales, managed care, reimbursement, health policy, or healthcare marketing experience

* 5+ Years' Experience directly within Oncology

* True account management role - must have experience with complex IDNs, National Accounts, and Regional GPO's

* Regional / National Account Management experience preferred, particularly within the Community Oncology GPO segment
