What You'll Be Doing

  • Take ownership of your London territory, developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and increase access to innovative therapies.

  • Build lasting relationships with key stakeholders including pulmonologists, thoracic surgeons, interventional specialists, procurement managers, and clinical staff.

  • Deliver comprehensive training and education to physicians and care teams, supporting the safe and effective use of advanced endoscopic technology.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, clinical, and operations to implement impactful initiatives and ensure seamless customer experiences.

  • Identify and develop key accounts and centers of excellence to streamline patient access and treatment pathways.

  • Analyze sales potential, develop account-specific action plans, and maintain accurate forecasts and CRM records.

  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities - sharing key insights with the broader team.

What You Bring

Experience & Knowledge:

  • Proven track record in medical device sales.

  • Background in respiratory, cardiology, or urology is highly valued - with respiratory experince being preferred.

  • Experience supporting interventional procedures or complex medical technologies is a strong advantage.

  • Being empathetic and consultative in this role is essential.

  • Solid understanding of the UK healthcare system.
