Sales Representative

Your Tasks

  • Responsible for sales targets and commercial planning to achieve performance objectives

  • Develop and support markets and customers, with a focus on acquiring new clients and providing comprehensive customer support

  • Lead the development and implementation of a diverse product portfolio within the division

  • Prepare offers for customers and finalize contracts

  • Monitor and report on competitive activities in the market

  • Conduct product training sessions and implementation within the region

  • Participate in conferences, exhibitions, etc., both nationally and internationally

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration, natural sciences, medical training, or equivalent professional experience in the diagnostics field

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

  • Strong ability to build sustainable interpersonal relationships

  • Results-oriented, structured, and resilient

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and customer-oriented approach

  • Team player with high initiative, energy, and enthusiasm

  • Excellent organizational, facilitation, and presentation skills

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Willingness to travel (70-80%)

  • Fluent in German and strong English skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in sales within the medical device industry, pharmaceutical industry, or a similar environment

  • In-depth understanding of the sales/secondary care market

  • Demonstrated initiative, flexibility, and ability to work in a rapidly changing environment

  • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to achieve impactful results

  • Flexible self-starter with the resilience to work in a dynamic environment

  • Ability to articulate problems and business opportunities with clients to secure long-term strategic business relationships
