Account Manager - Wallonia & Brussels Capital Region
Location: Belgium (Field-based, Wallonia & Brussels)

A global innovator in ophthalmic surgical solutions is seeking a dynamic Sales Specialist to cover the Wallonia and Brussels Capital Region. This is a key commercial role responsible for driving sales, building long-term customer relationships, and supporting ophthalmic surgeons with advanced surgical technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve revenue targets.

  • Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts within hospitals and surgical centres.

  • Provide clinical support and product demonstrations in collaboration with ophthalmologists and operating room staff.

  • Deliver high-level customer service and act as a trusted partner to eye care professionals.

  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, customer service, and technical support to deliver seamless client experiences.

  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in medical device sales, ideally in ophthalmology or surgical specialties.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence clinical stakeholders.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in the field.

  • Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus.

  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel across the region.
