Senior Customer Service and Logistics Specialist

The company is a global leader in developing, manufacturing, and distributing medical devices for interventional cardiovascular and interventional radiology serving hospitals worldwide with a strong sales and support team.

They are currently looking for a Senior Customer Service and Logistics Specialist in Indonesia.

Responsibilities:

• Process orders, billing, invoicing, and credit notes accurately.
• Address customer inquiries and communicate order status and logistics.
• Conduct credit checks and maintain pricing information.
• Coordinate logistics and shipment arrangements.
• Prepare reports and collaborate with other departments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy
• At least 3 years of experience in customer service and logistics execution
• Good communication skills
• Experience in Oracle is preferred
