Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Build and execute the European business development strategy, including setting up relevant company policies and procedures.
Manage a multimillion-dollar annual target.
Serve as a representative of the CRO, engaging with CRO Headquarters and liaising strategically with international clients.
Coordinate and arrange all relevant parties to participate in bidding meetings.
Plan and execute company promotion strategy and related events in Europe.
Requirements:
Previous experience in CRO business development preferred.
Proven track record of delivering results and managing large-scale projects.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Travel to sponsors in Europe occasionally required.
