Our Client a global leading German bank is looking for a Junior Product Manager
Tasks
- Oversee the technical management of the App
- Collaborate closely with the IT development team, external partners, and management
- Identify user needs and issues to design user-friendly processes and appealing interfaces
- Focus on optimizing the user experience
- Develop comprehensive concepts integrating backend and app functionalities
- Create user stories
- Make decisions based on user data, customer feedback, and usability testing
- Manage the entire end-to-end process for app development
- Ensure a seamless go-live by thoroughly testing the app
Profile
- University degree in business or IT (e.g., business administration, business informatics, or similar)
- Some experience in developing digital products
- Empathetic and understands user needs, focused on user-centered design (UX/UI Design)
- Creative problem solver who enjoys working in agile teams
- Initial experience in creating mock-ups and prototypes (e.g., Figma or UXPin)
- Fluent in written and spoken German
