You will be instrumental in achieving our clients corporate objectives within the hospital sector. Your role will focus on driving sales, profitability, and growth by prioritizing key customer relationships and excelling in account and project management.

Role and Responsibilities
-Sales Goals: Drive sales, profitability, and growth through a focused key customer strategy.
-Strategic Account Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers using strategic account and project management approaches.
-Product Advocacy: Promote product solutions in the hospital sector, ensuring they meet the highest standards.
-HCP Engagement: Serve as the primary contact for key stakeholders in the hospital sector (e.g., hospital pharmacists, physicians, health economics decision-makers), providing expert advice and support.
-Market Insights: Continuously analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities aligned with corporate strategy.

Key Qualifications
-Scientific degree or qualification as a Pharmaceutical Consultant/Representative.
-Experience in the pharmaceutical and hospital sectors.
-In-depth knowledge of hospital markets, especially in Infectious Diseases, Intensive Care Medicine, and Oncology.
-Extensive experience in Key Account Management, ideally within hospitals or healthcare systems.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-Strong understanding of hospital markets and decision-making processes.
