Medical Science Liaison - Center Italy
This role is critical in managing KOL relationships and driving Medical projects for our groundbreaking innovative drug in the infectious diseases specialty care area.
Key Responsibilities
-Develop HCP and KEE lists, territory plans, and external engagement strategies.
-Share scientific data and disease information with HCPs objectively.
-Partner with HCPs/KEEs on clinical trials, IITs, and other medical projects.
-Provide non-promotional scientific support to company initiatives (e.g., payer activities, speaker training).
-Respond to HCPs' product inquiries with balanced, timely information.
-Analyze scientific interactions to identify gaps and trends in medical knowledge.
-Offer medical expertise to internal teams and deliver therapeutic area training.
-Stay updated on the latest scientific advancements.
Knowledge and Skills
-Strong communication and fluency in English and Italian.
-Proven MSL or medical affairs experience in pharma.
-Deep understanding of pharmaceutical processes in Spain and ability to work across therapeutic areas.
-Strong analytical, planning, and budget management abilities.
-Expertise in building cross-functional relationships and leveraging digital tools.
-High ethical standards and integrity.
