Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team. This role is crucial for driving sales growth, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting the marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling equipment within the pharmaceutical field and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and objectives.

  • Manage and nurture relationships with specific accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Support the marketing team with insights and strategies to enhance market presence and drive demand.

  • Utilize CRM systems to manage customer information, sales activities, and performance metrics.

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in selling equipment for the pharmaceutical field, including containment, powder handling, grinding technologies, and packaging.

  • Fluent in both Dutch and English.

  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and experience in utilizing them for sales management.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Highly motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach.
