Summary:
The Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships, selling medical skin care products to physicians and professionals. This role uses a consultative sales approach to educate clients and offer business growth support.
Responsibilities:
- Sell products to new and existing customers within a specific area.
- Develop strategies to boost sales and market share.
- Coordinate training programs and events for physicians.
- Offer product expertise to customers.
- Build strong relationships and maintain customer trust.
- Implement marketing strategies effectively.
- Maintain communication with colleagues and healthcare providers.
- Participate in sales meetings and business calls.
- Uphold company standards with integrity.
- Other related duties as assigned.
- Create and follow a territory routing plan and budget.
- Manage expenses within the budget.
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree.
- 3+ years of sales experience.
- Strong skills in goal-setting, communication, and relationship-building.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Self-sufficient and capable of making independent business decisions.
- Proficiency in Word and Excel.
