Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a small, high-performing sales team in the ANZ region.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive growth in the protein purification and protein biology sectors.
- Provide training, mentorship, and support to the sales team to ensure their success.
